Approval of VAL Code: STUDENT.ACAD.CRED.STATUS.REASONS
TR Transfer had been suggested; however, TR was used for Transportation Problem. It was decided to use TF for Transfer.

Phi Theta Kappa – Discussion
The posting of PTK on a student transcript was discussed again. Using STMC Student Miscellaneous to record PTK membership would show on the top of a transcript. Jean emailed Paul Schmidt at Monroe CC for his input on this issue; which will be discussed further after his response.

Degree Conversion (Home) – Need help checking degrees in conversion
The conversion spreadsheet is almost ready to go to Pat Werly.

Transcripts in Colleague – Jean is still reviewing samples of transcript paper.

Update on Training Manuals – Chris reported for Kathy that text instructions for 69 screens have been created, and Diane K. is working on formatting them. Of the highest priority screens, 35 are done and 15 still need to be completed. Of all screens listed on Colleague User Account Set-up forms submitted to Jean, directions for 78 screen shots still have to be developed.

Update on Sections for Winter – Search of Sections on WebAdvisor
Judy was not available. Jean indicated she has received questions from OIT wondering when the sections will be available to students on WebAdvisor only (separate from the printed schedule copy). The original due date for WebAdvisor availability was Oct. 1.
