TEAM REPORTS:
CHANGE MANAGEMENT: No report. Bruce expressed concerns over informative communication to the College community as a whole. Jean and Julie expressed their concerns as well. Bruce stressed for those deeply involved in the FIT Team, even though all have been working very, very hard to please remember to stay positive and encouraging. Bettering communication on the progress the FIT Project is making and what is to come was discussed in great detail. Diane offered as much assistance in this matter as possible. Kamlesh suggested to possible combine the Change Management and Communications Team in efforts to better communicate to all the staff and College community. Training issues and dates were discussed which when and where will be communicated to all. Discussion of having a person become a central contact “FIT” help desk type of thing was discussed and having Julie Weller be that person. There will also be informative session at the Faculty Seminar Days.

CORE: Kelley reported that the student change form is out on the web in PDF format.

Colleague Financial: Rosemary reported that the Team is testing purchase requisitions.

Human Resources: Mary reported that the faculty load sheet is being finalized and when it is in place dept. secretaries will be trained on them. 
 
Payroll: A goal is will be having all staff by Assignment Contract or either web time.

Student Services: Student Academic Management: Please see “decisions Made” ID 2 and “action Items” ID 1. Discussion on how to record unknown addresses in Colleague in which it was decided to put 99999 in the zip to indicate as such.    Jean reported that there will be remote consultation this Friday from 9an-11pm. Degrees still have to be converted and checked as well as transfer credits. Being responsible as custodian of state board CEUs old records they will be kept on disc or CD. End of Sept. or beginning of Oct. there will be training offered on the Student Services Module. 
 
A/R: Rosemary reported that statement went out last Friday payment due date reminder post cards will go out this Friday. The Team is testing stuff with financial aid, deregistration, etc.

Financial Aid: Bruce reported that Academic Standards of Progress is working. He gave kudos to Sherry for all of her assistance. Bruce informed that 947 letters went out Monday and the phones have been busy ever since. Bruce commended and thanked Records and Registration fro all their hard work and help. Award codes are being worked on.

Technical:  Kamlesh asked everyone to please email him a list of clones they are using so that OIT can delete ones not being used to clean up everything. A patch testing clone and a main clone. Kamlesh stressed that when running a report remember to save it to the network drive. Kamlesh is working on getting query builder training offered.

Communications: The final big FIT celebration/luncheon will be during Faculty Seminar Days on Wed., 8/29/07.
