Colleague Financial: Rosemary reported new fiscal year is open and the 2008 budget is posted.

Human Resources: Mary reported that everything is going smoothly with entering in vacation, sick and personal time into Colleague. Rosemary added that this time for most will be accrued.
 
Payroll: Rosemary reported the Team continues to clear fiscal years totals and testing that. W-2s are still processed on a calendar year.

Student Services: Student Academic Management:  Jean reported that the Team is working on checking conversion data. There are a couple of issues with transcripts in that comparing non-course and regular college credit courses. Many hours are being put in and she is really proud of the staff and SAM Team!
 
A/R: Please see “Decisions Made” ID 2 & “Action Items” ID 1. 
 
Admissions: George reported and passed around the “New Student Fall Orientation 2007” brochure. Rosemary inquired about the student printing policy and student email. George said that will be covered in the OIT presentations of orientation. Active Apply is working well. Perry had assisted the Team with a query for labels in communications management.

Communications: Julie reported that there will be an ice cream social celebration on Tues., 7/3/07, for the Student Services Module going Live. Julie will be announcing it via email. The Team is working on the barbeque luncheon celebration for the Faculty Seminar Days.

Motion to change LIBFN to code LIBRY (for library fines), delete code TUIT4 (international tuition) and add codes: LSBFE (Lakeshore Bus. & Industry), Waiver Policies, Tuition Rate Tables, Registration Rate Tables and Refund Policies be approved for information to the President’s Cabinet as presented:
Rosemary explained that international students use the out-of-state rates. Rosemary will double check to make sure the changing of LUBFN to LIBRY will affect anything for Jean or Patricia to have to change something’s on their end.
