Student Services: Student Academic Management: Please see “Decisions Made” ID 2. Please see “Action Item” ID 1. Jean reported the that the Team is worked Mon., Tues., and Wed. nights testing 400 students for conversion and finish this week. The Team continues to test patches and R18 Test. Patricia stated that inputting the courses into Live should be done today. Teresa commented that last night’s session was a good one and Jean added that it was a full crew.

Technical: Kamlesh informed that currently WebAdvisor was down and being work on. He encouraged all to inform OIT ASAP please if they see any problems with the system. Active Apply will be Live within a week or so. Patricia reported that she and Perry are working on uploading the ISERS. There are speed issues with the clone. Kamlesh recommended creating a second clone because all ran fine in test so maybe there is an error in the first clone. Kamlesh inquired and Bruce confirmed that yes the FA Team is taking baby steps towards packaging this week. Conversion of the Student Module from Tip to Colleague will be done at the end of June, history on students, etc. is moved over, explained Rosemary. Bruce will still have to close out the summer semester for FA on the old system so what that means for the summer semester Records/Registration and Finance Services departments will have to enter information in both the old and new system.

Communications: Julie reported the Team is meeting next week. She asked for clarification on Live dates so as to when to have the parties. Discussion occurred on having separate module parties or to have one big party at the end. Teresa recommended not having the party till Fall 2008 so faculty could be present.

Motion to add ACAD.PROGRAM.TYPES code: “FE” Financial Aid Eligible for approval for President’s Cabinet for information as presented:
Bruce explained via email that this would be a secondary code and would work with all other codes.  Since you are able to list several different "Types" in this field, this would be added to the end.  We would use this code to write rules identifying students that have applied for financial aid and are enrolled in an aid eligible program.
