CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Diane reported that the “Reduce Stress” brochures were distributed via interoffice mail to all staff. Aaron is working on setting a date for the Team Leads work session.

Student Services: Student Academic Management: Jean reported the Team is working on testing conversion and Live Simulation next week. Jean and Kelley will be sending out letters to students with inactive programs informing them that they will not be able to register in Colleague. The students will have to update their programs. If they don’t hear from the student they will research and try to contact them.
Admissions: George reported the Team is almost done with Active Apply. Revised codes were sent to Mr. Klanac. Kamlesh asked George to please email all a link when complete. When it is complete George will.

Technical: Kamlesh stressed to have all Team members to sign off on time on the patches so OIT can complete their end; get it tested then sign off. Patricia met with Teresa, Lois Smith, Lori Haggerty and Rita Ladnier to go over registration in WebAdvisor. She will be showing the Records & Registration Dept. and Team at 10:30 am today.

Communications: Julie and Teresa reported the Team is working on a disco themed, “Stayn’ Alive” party for the CORE Team. The Team is also planning a party for the Technical Team as well.
