2
CORE: Kelley reported the addition of room code of TBP meaning “To Be Posted” has been withdrawn. Please see “Action Items” ID 1. The Team is refining the personnel data change form.
Kelley Conrad, CORE Team Lead
2
Colleague Financial: The budget is “Live”. Rosemary reported there have been two budget trainings so far and all went well. There is one yet tonight and one tomorrow morning. There have been a couple of issues, like persons getting locked out of the system; however, Perry is working on correcting them.
Rosemary Zink, Financial Team Lead
2
Human Resources: Mary reported the Team met yesterday with the Finance Dept. and discussed how “Live” Payroll is going. The Team is working on patches and procedures.
Mary Smith, Human Resources Team Lead
2
Student Services: Student Academic Management:   Please see “Decisions Made” ID 2. Jean reported the Team is working on patches, testing conversions and getting ready for the Live simulation.

Admissions: George reported the Team is waiting for Communications Management to be moved over to Live. Perry will talk with George afterwards. Inputting applications into Live simulation were done yesterday (approx. 49). With Active Apply the Team is still going around with Mr. Klanac. Revisions have been sent to him, however some of them are not complete, i.e., forgot the introduction was forgotten, the country lists is not complete and the program list is going to be redo because moving the programs up and down was very cumbersome. In conducting the student focus group it was discovered that students found it difficult to discerning between associate degrees, certificates and professional development credits which will cause further problems later on. The Team is purposing to group them alphabetical showing the AA first, then onto the AAS, etc.  Possibly highlighting in different colors so as to better discern FA eligibility ones. Kamlesh recommend inputting instructions and George said they are.

Accounts Receivable: Rosemary report the Team has emailed Datatel to register for Ecommerce and hasn’t heard back. Another email was sent and we haven’t heard yet and still have had no response. The Team is reviewing the statements and waiting to see what will be seen on the web.  The Team would like to send out notices to students to inform them that they need to review their statements online. The Team is preparing for Live Simulation.
Jean Roberts, Student Services Team Lead
2
Financial Aid: Bruce reported that he had meet with Jean, George, Lois, Perry, and Pat to discuss issues in preparing for training with Sherry next week. The game plan is to upload ISERS into Colleague then some how on an individual basis move over information into Live to make an individual a student.  Returning students will have to be added in from Legacy as well.
Bruce Wierda, Financial Aid Team Lead
2
Technical: Patricia finished up the documentation for WebAdvisor and she will contacting individuals soon to set up times to show what WebAdvisor can do. There might be a demo on it at next week’s IOC meeting. Diane inquired if the student’s declared major will be available for faculty to view? Some have inquired this for the purpose of setting up mentoring programs. Patricia answered it will be available to them for the students that are in their classes. A report revealing on all student enrolled in that major could possibly be done however this has not been discussed yet and there are issues of who will have authorization to OK such.
Kamlesh Sanghvi, Technical Team Lead
