TEAM REPORTS:
CHANGE MANAGEMENT:
Diane reported that Aaron is arranging a “Recognizing Stress in Employees and Appropriates Ways to Recommend the EAP” seminar given by Hackley Work Life Services for FIT Project Team Leads and supervisors. It will be around the end of February and invitations will be sent out.

Colleague Financial: 
Rosemary reported the Team is working on the Budget and all of Payroll is posted to the General Ledger. The Team continues to work on revenue and other entries.

Student Services:
Admissions: 
George reported the Team is doing a student focus group with students on online applications this morning. George asked for everyone’s assistance in encouraging students to participate. The Team met with Michelle Shadrake, Monday and part of Tuesday and worked on Communications Management. Prospect in Admissions is complete and work continues on Nursing and R/T Admissions. George commended Michelle on her knowledge, training and data mapping.

Financial Aid: 
Bruce reported the Team has also met with Michelle Shadrake and the Communications Management for this module is quite a bit different. The Team has done a lot of homework and will be meeting this afternoon. There has been limited success and the Team is hoping with the assistance of Michelle there will be a breakthrough. There will be training with a Financial Aid Specialist in two weeks.

Julie reminded everyone to please RSVP for the Payroll Live Celebration by contacting Janice Whitlow.

Other Issues: 
Discussion on how to inform and make students aware MCC email address. Rosemary informed that OIT did a big campaign on this last semester. Kelley recommended encouraging staff to only use the student’s MCC email address. Diane will mention this to the faculty.   George added that many things, like the Student Handbook, etc. are being updated therefore everything will reflect the same things/standards. Julie believes once WebAdvisor is Live that will assist students as well, Julie added.
