Bruce called meeting to order at 1:20 p.m.

 

• ATPC – Attendance Pattern Definitions

 

-         Changed original names from County to District:

 

DIC – DID (Dependant in District)

DOC – DOD (Dependant out of District)

IIC – IID (Independent in District)

IOC – IOD (Independent our of District)

               

-         Kept the following patterns:

 

DOS – Dependant out of State

IOS – Independent out of State

 

• SBCD – Student Budget Components

 

-         Updated components from County to District:

 

DID – Dependent in District

DOD – Dependent out of District

DOS – Dependent out of State

IID – Independent in District

IOD – Independent out of District

IOS – Independent of out State

RMBRDD – Same

RMBRDI – Same

BOOKS – Same

MISC – Same

TRANSIN – Transportation in District

• ALPA – Award Letter Parameters

 

-         Re-typed award letters with Bruce’s new updates, this includes wording and lay out of letter.

 

-         Changed both General Award Letter and Outside Scholarship Letter

 

-         Made changes on Re-Parameterized Award Letters including General and Outside Scholarship

 

-         Made changes to font size and layout, look into why it will not take these changes when printed.

 

 

•  Next meeting we will visit award letters again and find out why when printed it will only print the General Award Letter and not both.

 

 

• Next meeting scheduled for September 14, 2006, 1- 4 p.m. in room 349.
