FINANCIAL AID / FIT STAFF MEETING
June 22, 2006
Room 1300 – 2:00 p.m.
 
 
Present:   Bruce Wierda, Carmella Martinez, Georganne Meyers, Carolyn Kamerad, Kim Vanderlinde, Minnie Edge, Peggy Jacobks, Lois Smith
 
Absent: Rosemary Zink
 
 
Bruce called meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.
 
  • Worked on and set up the following screens:
 
-FAOP
-FIDF
-CSID
-AWPD – (06 Fall, 07 WTR, 07 SUM)
-FFSP
-FADD
-FLCD
-LOCN
-ADCM
 
  • Tried working on FLDC screen, this is a CORE screen and they will need to set up.
 
  • Eric Mayo will set up rules
 
  • Minnie kept notes for hard copy workbook, Georganne and Carolyn did data entry.
 
  • To be completed next meeting will be Chapter 6
 
  • Next meeting scheduled for June 29, 2006
