AIT Team Report – Jean Roberts and Chris Nowak reported.
Remarks vs. Comments
The team had confused remarks and comments, have since corrected the information.
Taking International Student information to Implementation Oversight Committee
Training:
Training of on 9.22.06 went very well. Chris Nowak and Kim Vanderlinde served as trainers, while Vicki Henderson, Sche’ Cornelius, Donella Cooper and Brenda Mitcheltree served as facilitators. George Maniates served as presenter, using Power Point.
 
Note:
Attach 2007 catalog to programs, not just the year student applies.
 
AR Team Report – Lois Smith reported.
Questions for our trainer and other areas. Will be back in training on October 12th and 13th.
 
Note: Learned from IOC meeting on September 21, 2006.
Get report from Pat Werly regarding missing Social Security numbers.
 
FA Team Report – Bruce Wierda reported.
Testing continues
Waiting for training regarding:
1.        Scholarships
2.        Third Party billing (ex. Sponsor Authorization v FA) which pays first.
 
SAM Team Report – Jean Roberts reported.
Registration:
1.        Late Program date (W’07)
2.        No valid rate table – Residency Code
3.        Waitlist is working
4.        Time conflict not showing because we didn’t rebuild meeting times at section level on 25 of the ISIR students.
5.        Build History showing the following:
·         below 2.0 gpa
·         above 2.0 gpa
·         not completed 2/3 of attempted coursework.

Open Issues for Registration:
Print parimeter showing financial aid remaining or pending. Should this appear on student schedule, it currently does.

Still working on Library fine issues, although it appears it will be handled through the Cashier’s Office. Student must return the book to the library.

Patches will be completed on September 26, 2006.

Work continues on cleaning up 800 duplicate records.
