2	SAM Team – Jean Roberts reported. Programs: Jean will meet with Chris, Vilene and Lynne to discuss bringing over obsolete programs. Jean will meet with Kelley Conrad to discuss Transfer and Non-Transfer program codes. AIT Team – Brenda Mitcheltree reported. Working on Naming Conventions. Meetings: August 23, 2006 at 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. August 24, 2006 at 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. August 25, 2006 at 9:00 – 11:00 (Remote w/Troy Nelson) August 26, 2006 at 8:00 – 3:30 p.m. in Room 349 for R18 testing Going LIVE October 1, 2006 Patricia Werly will enter VAL Codes and Code files the week of September 11, 2006.
3	Testing R18. The SAM and AIT will test R18 on Saturday, August 26, 2006 from 8:00 am – 3:30 p.m. The AIT will provide lunch.
4	Meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
