AR Report:
Lois Smith reported for AR team. Currently they are working on STUDENT TYPES. 
Currently Testing :
·         Sponsor Authorizations
·         Refunds
·         Closing day
Issues are: VLC students and Non refundable fees such as Nursing and Respiratory Therapy.
Meeting with Financial Aid on Wednesday, August 9, 2006.   (Agenda yet to be determined.)
AIT Report:
Brenda Mitcheltree reported for the AIT team. 
The team has entered 200 names into TEST. Will start using the new Application for Admission for Fall 2007 students. AIT is going LIVE on October 1, 2006. 
Will be in training August 8th and 9th, phone consultation has been set up for August 24, 2006 . 
FA Report:
Bruce Wierda reported for FA team.
Meeting on Thursday to work on awards codes and award.
Next training is August 17th and 18th.
SAM Report:
Jean Roberts reported for the SAM team. 
Currently cleaning up 800 duplicate records from the Legacy system, after the Records Office staff has completed their tasks the information is forwarded to Lois Smith .
Conversion Mapping with Pat regarding courses and sections.
SAM team working on registration, Residency was an issue, fixed by Perry Goodwin.
Training on October 10th and 11th. Will be addressing:
·         Graduation process
·         VAL Codes
·         Testing Registration

Open Items:
Registration Live Date on the web in April 2007
VLC student type
CE – behind the scene
Career Goals – not using
