Next meeting on Wednesday at 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. in room 1300, working on VAL codes/Code files.
Bruce Wierda – FA
Concern over start date for the new system for Fall. Close out for Spring/Summer and start new system in the Fall. Dr. Rule and the Board of Trustees would like the start Fall registration before students leave for Summer. Would like to start on a smaller semester such as Spring/Summer. How do we register in LIVE with Financial Aid in TEST?
Lois Smith was wondering about the tuition due dates if we move the registration date up? Will there be a second billing as semester gets closer?

Our trainer Doug VanDenBurg advised Jean to meet with Financial Aid regarding the RSPP screen: Registration Print Parameters, Calculate remaining Financial Aid and Deduct Remaining Financial Aid.
The SAM team is working on:

Business Office Hold – would like them to be specific. Such as library fine, parking ticket or returned check.
