Due to team member absences, Admissions training for Jean, Darlene and Chris on 9/22 and Jean’s absence (conference) 11/9-10, these dates will be utilized for practice and/or small group focus. Jean may assign members to work together on items, as well as assign other leaders for the Nov. meetings

The appropriate “year” of entry was discussed (beginning or ending year of the academic year); with consideration of multiple year catalogs (which has been done here previously). Each entry also requires beginning and ending “term” dates. This will be discussed with Doug during the next consulting session.

Other: Jean received a packet of Colleague “patches” from Joan (from July to present). OIT gets these on a monthly basis and has asked the SAM Team to test any elements that may affect student applications. Jean will review the packet and assign test areas during tomorrow’s meeting. Patch reports will be received and tested monthly whenever possible in the future.
