FIT PHASE III IMPLEMENTATION TEAM STRUCTURE

FIT PROJECT MISSION
In accordance with initiatives identified in the strategic plan, to carry out the mission of the College, and to serve the needs of Muskegon Community College, the Future Information Transformation (FIT) Team will facilitate the identification, adoption, implementation, and evaluation of an integrated administrative software system that will:

Improve access to data for students, faculty, and staff
Streamline, automate and integrate the College’s information processes, procedures, and practices
Ensure data integrity and security
Provide data for external compliance and regulatory requirements
Create an atmosphere for positive change through ongoing training and support
Embrace best practices of higher education
Enhance decision-making capabilities
